Vegan chicken teriyaki bowl - Edit

The taste was there but the texture of the vegan chicken was not. Maybe I went on an off day but mine did not seem grilled at all, it was mushy as if they forgot to grill it. Otherwise the teriyaki bowl was pretty good, like I said the taste was there. Loved the options at the toppings bar… I added lots of shredded ginger, fire pickled cucumber, green onion and more teriyaki sauce. The mini was a good portion for me (more like a regular size).

Pros: Quick service, Toppings bar: exceptional ginger and cucumber, Location

Cons: Texture of vegan chicken was mushy

Grilled vegan chick’n teriyaki bowl - Edit

It’s been years since I’ve had a chicken teriyaki bowl and this place really nailed it! The vegan chicken was grilled to perfection and the teriyaki sauce was amazing; the best part is you can take as much of it as you’d like! They have a toppings bar setup. They also have vegan tacos, I know random but they seem pretty good! This place is definitely a must while in Santa Barbara.
