Lovely courtyard setting

I have been to Nutters several and times over the years and think it has improved a bit.
I had a delicious carrot and cashew soup with tasty bread.
The courtyard is very sheltered and has canopies to keep the rain off if necessary. There were lovely plants around. There are some tables inside too.
It is easy to miss Capuchin Yard as it is in an alleyway between two shops but it is worth it when you get there.

Pros: Tasty food , Friendly staff, Lovely courtyard area

Cons: More vegan choices needed

Nice lunch spot

A good range of tasty Vegan mains and desserts at this vegetation cafe down a small alley. They also had a couple of vegan cakes from the vegan bakers next door (who aren’t doing retail). Very friendly staff.

Quite and cute

Had a green tea and a vegan sausage roll which was delicious. Lovely flakey pastry and a delicious packed filling giving a 'meaty' taste

Pros: Sausages rolls are great

A good find

We came across this small cafe by chance. In an area where there are plenty of other eating options, it is such a relief to find somewhere that is purely vegetarian/vegan, and this seems to be the only one in the neighbourhood.
We just had (excellent) coffee and cakes, plenty of which were vegan. The savoury food looked very inviting, we just couldn't justify lunch at 10 am!
There is limited indoor seating, plenty outdoors in a pleasant courtyard. Staff are very friendly and prices very reasonable.

Pros: long established vegetarian cafe, plenty of vegan choice, including cakes, reasonable prices

Nice but nothing special

We were a little disappointed. This cafe is in a great location near the cathedral and whilst the menu looked promising the food and drink turned out to be a bit ordinary.

Pros: Some vegan options, Good location, Inside and outside seating

Cons: A bit pricey

Nice little cafe

This is a lovely little cafe but because the food choices don't change and there isn't a big choice, I don't visit very often. The coffee is nice but the cakes can be a bit dry.

Pros: Beautiful spot, Nice vegan food, Nice coffee

Cons: Small choice , Bland cakes

Lovely selection of vegan and vegetarian home made food :)

Found this really lovely cafe tucked away in a courtyard off the Main Street. All the food is fresh and home made, just warmed in the microwave before eating. I had Moroccan Pie and three salads, mung bean and lemon, slaw, and potato. Very moreish fruit n nut cake for dessert. A real find and worth coming to early before they run out! Dogs welcome in the courtyard too.

Pros: Good vegan choice, Really lovely proper home made food, Dogs allowed in quiet courtyard

Cons: None

Very nice hidaway

Hidden in a small courtyard near the cathedral it's a peaceful spot near the city centre. There is a reasonable choice of food for vegans and all is very healthy. Although most food is warmed up in a microwave it's usually tasty and very welcome. The outside seating makes for a fine lazy lunch on a warm day.

Pros: Relaxing, good choice
