More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I've been veggie since I was a 13 years old, almost 50 years ago. My reasons have evolved of course, but consideration for all living creatures remains important. As a health care professional I'm aware that my diet has also served me very well, and I think this has passed down to my extremely healthy, 3rd generation veggie, grandchildren.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Eating away from home is so often disappointing. Its so helpful to have recommendations to find good, nourishing food, and most importantly food that is made with thought. I love being able to pass on info about great places to find great veggie food, to help other people like me, but also to encourage the venue to stay open!
