Excellent Vegan Pancakes! - Edit
Although the outside of this restaurant says "Vegetariano", the do serve salmon. Their menu is also egg heavy.
The pancakes and waffles normally contain egg, but I told the waitress that I am vegan "soy vegano" and she understood. she made the pancakes fluffy and delicious for me, and she verified that they were vegan. they have a vegan burger here made of soy and quinoa, and many vegan items as part of their lunch buffet.
The service is very friendly and helpful.
I do not know of another place in Tijuana that makes vegan pancakes, so this is a decent choice if you like pancakes and waffles for breakfast. you can also order the soy burger in the morning.
Pros: great vegan pancakes, great service
Cons: menu too egg-centric
