Great place to experience Tajik food and atmosphere - Edit
I am on a quest to try all listed vegan food options in Dushanbe and gave finally found myself at Noor. I only came here due to Happy Cow. Decided to try the vegan shakarob with side salad. English us nit spoken but used my V card in Tajik and once had wifi clearly explained no dairy which was understood. The portion is huge and shakarob is delicious! I asked for juice and through Google translate found out it was apricot! Have never had it and yet so tasty!
Read moreDon’t know what other vegan options there are but who cares?! Try the shakarob as traditional Tajik dish, very filling and delicious! Plus love the seating options- at a banquette or traditional seating shoes off.
Definitely worth a visit!

Great vegetarian meal - Edit
The qurutob and shukarab are vegetarian if you take it without the meat. Delicious and huge portion! Not sure about vegan due to use of dairy.

Probably not vegan - Edit
I'm pretty sure the shakarob is not vegan as it's traditionally made with flaky bread (with butter) and yogurt. Asking for it without yogurt wouldn't make any sense since it needs to sit a few hours and they already have it prepared (it came within 2 minutes). Maybe someone who speaks Russian can inquire further :)

Nice vegan Shakarob - Edit
The half portion is huge, maybe even too much for one person, but the dish is super tasty, very heavy, flavoursome. Ensure that it is not the qurutob, as this has yoghurt in.
