Vegan Truffle Risotto Worth Crossing the Pamir Mountains For

An upscale Dushanbe staple that features two separate Italian and Georgian menus and a wine list that is seriously lacking depth. Not a whole lot to choose from but what they do have is quite delicious. Veggie items are marked but the vegan stuff you may have to ask about. Servers speak English and understand plant-based.
