Terrible food, tiny portions - Edit
Those who've been to a few Noodles & Co locations know that there are some N&Co franchises that are pretty decent, and some that are just terrible. I have to say that this one falls squarely into the latter camp.

The problem wasn't just that I paid $10 for about a cup and a half of noodles, or that the vegetables were flavorless, or that the tofu tasted like it had been cooked a day ago. No, the real issue with it was the sauce. This sauce was some kind of thick, sugary abomination that tasted vaguely like (and may in fact have been) maple syrup. Pour that on your noodles!
In dire straits I've bought and eaten pre-packaged frozen noodle bowls, their dehydrated broccoli laced with a healthy dose of chemicals and preservatives. Without a doubt, every single one tasted better than what I got from Noodles & Co.
One of us got pad Thai (modified to make it vegan), and it was just as bad.
If, due to misfortune, you should end up at this Noodles, stick with spaghetti.

Only two vegans options, but it's good - Edit
For vegans, there are only two vegan options on the menu: Spaghetti and Japanese pan noodles. While lacking in choice, the Japanese noodles are very good. It's best to order the noodles with tofu for a complete meal.

Great vegan options. Too salty but good. - Edit
Quick food when lazy. The sodium levels are really high, but it’s tasty. A Vegan and Vegetarian can enjoy most of the menu as it is customizable. Very friendly in helping out with the vegan options when I placed my order. Recommend the Pasta Fresca- I added mushroom, avocado and peas- delicious!

The app is amazing and therefore, so is the food! I was able to change things like noodle type, exclude cheese and dairy, and even added 2X the tofu to my bowl!! Yum!!!
