Hot chocolate is great, but.... - Edit
Speak very clearly to the staff at the register and watch the baristas carefully. At least two different locations, my husband caught them prepping my hot chocolate with regular milk instead of oatmilk, and he had them remake it correctly. They always have oatmilk and soymilk, but they either don't always enter the order right or don't pay attention well.

I like that they have plant milk options so you can make many drinks vegan, but I don't like that there is an upcharge for the plant based milks. I'm also super disappointed that the pumpkin spice lattes aren't vegan and can't be made vegan because the flavoring itself isn't vegan. The vegan-as-is fall drink special, the Apple Crisp Oat milk Macchiato, is pretty good, though. I also wish that there were some vegan baked goods
