Est. May 2024. Features rich plant-based/vegan brothless tantan noodles, making its Japan debut from Men Impossible in Amsterdam. Special thick and chewy noodles with a rich sauce, combined with local specialties such as mushrooms and buckwheat seeds, which capture the essence of Shinshu (Nagano Prefecture). "Red spicy umami" is a rich and savoury bowl featuring a unique blend of chili oil with a spicy sauce. "Black roasty sesame" is sesame-packed, thick tantan noodles with an aroma of black sesame with a mild spice level. Also offers "extra-large noodles". Open Mon-Sun 12:00pm-3:00pm, 5:00pm-9:00pm. Last order is 30 minutes before closing time.

Delicious Vegan Tantan Noodles in Matsumoto - Edit
We really enjoyed our visit to THREE P’S! The vegan noodle bowls were absolutely delicious – rich, flavorful and very satisfying. There are two different versions to choose from, including a spicy option and a black sesame one. We went for the combination, which lets you try both flavors, and it was definitely the right choice.

The restaurant itself is small and cozy, with a relaxed atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. A great little spot in Matsumoto and definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for something a bit different!

We went to this restaurant because of the good reviews. To be honest, the photos of the food didn’t really convince me, but it was sooo incredibly tasty! My boyfriend had the spicy version and I had the one with black sesame oil. That was brilliant – it meant we could swap sauces with each other, which was perfect!

Probably my favourite meal during our trip, simply because it just felt so homely and comfy and nice. Super well rounded components, noodles were chewy, white creamy sauce was amazing, black sesame dressing even more amazing, and the chili oil was super delicious, too. I will definitely try to recreate this at home.
