Great vegan inexpensive + tasty noodle boxes

This is my local go-to take away. The staff are friendly and accommodating. You can make up your own noodle or rice box with tofu and whichever veggies you like. Several of the sauces are vegan friendly. The yaki soba is nice. The owner has let me know they can veganize most other dishes on the menu on request, too. It's fast, fresh and good prices, recommend for vegans in the area looking for a bite.

Pros: Tasty, Fast, Good value

Cons: Serves non-vegan
