Oof

I mean, what can I say? The pizza was awful. Undercooked, paper thin crust that was super soggy. Possibly the worst pizza I've had.

Midtown Bar

Noble Pie is open late, the kitchen often closes before the bar does but is reliably open late nights. It's order at the counter and bus your own table, tucked away in the corner of a hip shared business space with other restaurants and eateries. It's a cool pizza bar offering vegan cheese and a couple other vegan oddities on the menu like meatballs and wings, at that top midtown price

Pros: Vegan pizza, Open late, Alcohol

Cons: Pricey for what it is

Noble Pie

Whatever cheese they use, I do not like it. sticks to teeth so I'm guessing daiya cheese. The mock pepperoni lacks any spice. First and last time there.

Ummm I dunno

I came here with a lot of excitement because they do a great job of having lots of options for vegans. The vibe is generally good with cool stuff on the walls, feel nice, dark, and cavey. However, it’s one of those places that don’t really have service but ask for tips, always makes me feel a little weird.
The food itself was alright. I got the Caesar salad, fried mushrooms, and the vegan meatballs. The food was fairly bland and the meatballs were very soft and fell apart very easily. Also, my daughter and I shared the salad and we’ve both had bad guts for a couple of days. It hurts and is lame. Something is obviously wrong in the kitchen.
Lastly, the carbon alarm was going off for almost the whole time we were here. It was not optimal for a dining experience.

Pros: Options, Vibe

Cons: Prices, Annoying Alarm, Made me sick

Vegan Meats and Cheeses

Noble Pie is a poppin' pizza joint in Midtown that shares its walls with a brewery and across the street from a really awesome pub.

We ordered takeout on a Friday night and the wait was about 30 minutes. If you're coming on a weekend, definitely consider ordering online to get your food a bit quicker than standing in line to order.

Our 14" Mighty Aphrodite Pizza (fully vegan) was definitely enough for 2-3 people to enjoy. It was their only dedicated vegan option with vegan meats and cheese all tossed on top of a pesto sauce with tomatoes. I really liked it and recommend it to those that are looking for something other than a tomato-sauce based pizza.

We also shared the Garlic Knots and a small Mandarin Salad, both of which were great appetizers. The former included a small side of marinara but you're able to add on (vegan) ranch if you like for an additional cost.

Pros: Vegan meats and cheeses for toppings

Cons: Very noisy inside
