I was originally turned on to Bibo by my brother & his girlfriend- and now I’m basically obsessed! The amount of vegan options they have is immense, especially for gelato flavors. I’ve never had a better vegan gelato in my entire life- Bibo really knows what they’re doing & they do it SO well. Their coffee drinks are delicious too, incredibly flavorful & TONS of vegan milks. The wonderfully kind staff at Bibo definitely understand veganism & care to answer any and all questions you may have- they’re extremely good about cross contamination too & things are super clean & tidy! They offer flavor samples which is great, if you have no idea what to get. However, Bibo has SO many options that it’s hard not to find one you love. Their flavors change often & if you don’t find one you like, they also carry pints in a freezer in the shop, with a bunch of vegan flavors at all times. This is truly the creamiest, dreamiest, and most flavorful & unique vegan gelato I’ve ever had and if I could eat it every single day, I would, hands down. It’s just THAT good. They have multiple gluten free options too, at any given time, so there’s a little something for everyone! The amount of options they have really blows my mind- last time I was in, I got a double scoop of the hemp milk cookies n’ cream for my birthday, and it has easily become my favorite frozen treat. I prefer Bibo to many of the popular vegan ice cream brands you see at the grocery store, which, coming from my incredibly sweet tooth is a BIG deal. Bibo knows what they’re doing here and they really knock it out of the park. Nothing I’ve had has ever topped Bibo & I doubt anything else ever will.
