Excellent vegan restaurant - Edit
From the main entrance, you have to follow the corridor round to get to this vegan restaurant. There is the option of outdoor seating. Great selection of vegan food. We had the Polish dumplings (Pierogi) to share as starter, followed by the Polish ‘pork chop’. All of the food was tasty and filling. Definitely a vegan restaurant to visit in Krakow.

Die Bao Buns waren nicht so spannend, Pastinakensuppe, die Bowl und das Schnitzel waren aber super.

Outstanding Pierogi, Barebones service :((( - Edit
Seeing all the hype on Google reviews and HappyCow got us so excited to try what seemed like a Krakow staple!
Read moreDisappointed to write that our experience at No Bones was just… okay. (Not sure if this is just a Poland thing? I’ve noticed it at multiple restaurants now): Within 2 minutes of us sitting down the server came to see if we were ready to order. That’s super quick right? We hadn’t even looked at the menu yet so we said we needed a few more minutes. Then we ordered.
We were the only people in the restaurant at this point yet our food came 35 min later. And when it did arrive, the burger we ordered was basically room temperature?? We were just happy to be eating at that point.
Happy to report the Pierogis were phenomenal. Extreme comfort food. A . The burger however… tasted like a beyond patty. Unsure if it really was, but it didn’t taste like anything groundbreaking. Just something you could find at a grocery store. Though the chili mayo sauce that comes with the fries was noteworthy. Ultimately a fine vegan spot if you’re looking for vegan options close to Rynek Glowny.

Amazing food and great service! - Edit
Wow! An absolutely incredible place to go for dinner! I visited No Bones this month and genuinely loved everything about it. I started with the Sauerkraut Soup and it was so hearty and comforting, exactly what you want in the cold weather. Then I had the winter bowl, which was honestly the nicest dish I’ve eaten in years. Proper wholesome, warming food that just hits the spot. The staff were super friendly, and the restaurant itself is very cool and unique. Perfect comfort food !

Good range, good alt vibes - Edit
No Bones is tucked away down a little internal corridor. But don't be deterred, when we got in it was pretty busy, even though we were there for an early dinner at 5:30ish. I had vegan pork schnitzel which was absolutely delicious. From what I can tell, this is a good place if you want vegan versions of Polish dishes; we also got some pirogi which were nice too.

We were in a rush to catch a flight. We ordered daily soup - Rósol, no pictures of it cause it was too yummy to wait.
Read moreThen we waited for our pierogys and schawowy. It took a bit of the time to get it but we were patient.
When it came we quickly started to eat as everything smelled and looked amazing. 10pcs of pierogy was just about right and the topping on the was super tasty. I stole some food from my partner’s plate to try the soy schnitzel and it was surprisingly juicy and crunchy at the same time. Then we ordered s choco-caramel cake.
I wish we would have more time to spend here cause it seemed very much a place I would love comback to. The staff was gorgeous and very hospitality minded.
Pros: Pierogy , Schawowy
Cons: Nothing

Updated menu! - Edit
We just got in to Kraków today and stopped here for lunch. We were told the menu was just updated, so I went with our server's recommendation and ordered the katsu curry and my husband got the burger. Both were huge portions and delicious. The panko crust on my katsu was perfectly crispy, and the wild rice is a nice twist on a traditional Japanese dish.

Highly recommend! - Edit
I loved all three courses here. The pierogis were super tasty - the first vegan meat ones we found. The pork, potatoes and tzatsiki style salad was really delicious and I enjoyed the cake (there was a lot of cream compared to cake!)

banging Pierogi - Edit
loved the pierogi! also got the black pudding which was fine, I’m not really sure what to compare it to. I also got the pork another day but I’d recommend the pierogi above all - it was tofu and potato when I went😄

Dovete assolutamente andarci a mangiare

The restaurant has a really nice vibe. They did not have the "no fishbones" dish, instead you can currently order a "no chicken" alternative, which we did. The potatoes were a little bland, but the no-chicken and the salad were pretty good.

We had a great lunch in this completely vegan small but very busy restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Unusual menu, our lunch was terrific . A standout was sour rye soup, new to both of us, which was absolutely delicious. Very good value. Definitely recommend a visit.

A Must-Visit Gem in Kraków - Edit
We kicked things off with their plant-based take on black pudding—roasted lentils and buckwheat groats paired with lightly pickled cucumber and pillowy focaccia. Not at all what we expected, but delicious nonetheless.
Read moreFor mains, we shared the “Classic Polish Pork Chop”—a clever twist featuring a breaded soy cutlet, creamy potatoes, cucumber with cream, and fresh sprouts. Comfort food at its finest. Though the “No Fishbones” wasn’t available, the panko-crusted “chickless” cutlet was a worthy substitute. Served with crisp summer salad and a zingy tartar sauce, it was fresh, crunchy, and satisfying.
The drip coffee with oat milk deserves its own shout out—smooth and chocolatey, although there is an extra charge for oat milk (4 pln)
And dessert? The “Dessert in the Jar” was a dreamy layering of cookies, whipped cream, fruit, and chocolate cream. Sweet, indulgent, and ideal for sharing (or not!).
The staff were genuinely lovely, and the whole experience felt like a cozy celebration of plant-based creativity. Whether you're vegan or just curious, No Bones is a Kraków highlight you won’t want to miss.
Added bonus of being dog-friendly! 🐾

Loved the vibes to even get to the restaurant. The blueberry pieroggi and the tofu/ potato ones were our absolute Favorite out of everything. I had the Indonesian dish and it was yummy. So was the soup and the cakes (no pics of the cake because we ate it straight away, but try for yourself 😊) definitely recommended !!!!
