Heerlijke lunch - Edit
We zaten buiten, op het kleine binnenterras. Leuke verborgen spot. Heerlijk gegeten, het lunch menu en het ‘vis’gerecht.

No Bones About It...No Bones ROCKS - Edit
No Bones is a vegan restaurant with the coolest name on the planet that my family and I headed to on our very first night in Krakow. We could not resist checking it out. After walking through an open-air courtyard, you descend into a cave-like space that has a beautiful Tim Burtonesque mural painted on a wall and cool lights and artwork. My family of four was seated right away, and we had a lovely waitress who gave us excellent recommendations from the menu. We started off with the sour rye soup called Żurek (on the recommendation of the waitress), a traditional Polish Easter dish, and it was absolutely delicious. Then we enjoyed entrees that included vegan soy perogies with greaves, biang mlask (noodles with fried seitan and mushrooms), a classic Polish pork chop with roasted potatoes (super yummy!), and no fishbones (a mushroom protein fillet served with orzo pasta), all with sides of cucumber salad (super common in Poland). We also had the lemon and lime lemonades - fruity lemonades in Poland are the absolute best. For dessert we had the "dessert in the jar," this pudding confection with plums that was absolutely divine. Make sure to visit No Bones if you ever find yourself in Krakow.

Very hip, cool place. Offers traditional Polish cuisine. Lovely outdoor seating. We even bought some cool merch (a tote bag and a shirt), make sure to buy some and support them! 💚

Cute little restaurant - Edit
I loved the ambiance, it was very chill and a little alternative.
Read moreThe food was great and portions quite large. We had the burger with fries, "fish" with orzo and peas and a tofu cheesecake for dessert. All very nice! There were so many mouth watering dishes to choose from, so definitely have to go back one day.
Pros: Great menu, Lots of flavor, Large portions

Great selection, hard to choose what to have. - Edit
Went with the Pork schnitzel, potatoes and cucumber salad. Delicious. Dressing on the cucumber was really tasty. Forgot to take photo as too keen to start eating.

Loved the location - Edit
Loved the location and the staff. The food was okay, nothing spectacular (although a couple of years ago I had the best cutlet ever here). This time I had spring rolls and Polish dumplings – for tourists, the latter are a must-have ☺️

Punk & Pierogi - Edit
One of those places where you can still feel the alternative subculture roots of veganism. Had the pierogi and the caesar salad, loved every bite. ❤️

Good atmosphere and okay taste - Edit
Really nice atmosphere, kind staff and a wide ranging menu. Unfortunately the two dishes I ordered (Tofu Greencore and Pierogi) were quite bland. Perfectly fine but not better than that.

The only drawback is that it feels crowded and small. The tables are small, too.

Not bad not the best - Edit
Okay food cool place. Pretty cheap. We ordered too many fried things which was kinda gross. We got the pork chop and perogies (and chicken fingers and fries that my mom wanted) the perogies were the best thing but nothing really impressed me. No cheesecake. Not a big menu.

Hit and Miss - Edit
Good service - I showed up early for my reservation and they were able to accommodate me which was appreciated. If I came back, I’d try something different - the Tofu Greencore was a strange mixture of hot and very cold food. The best part of the dish was the au gratin potato. The worst was the silken tofu sauce which didn’t carry much flavor. Dessert was very good with a huge portion of cake - had to leave some behind. Small restaurant with close quarters to the table next to you. While good, my main dish didn’t live up to the Happy Cow hype.
