Best fries 🍟 in town. Crisp but not too crisp and not oily. Be sure to get some when ordering a sandwich. Taco Tuesday is my favorite.

Knocked My Socks Off! - Edit
I ate here with friends several months ago after a long bike ride and was very impressed. As a group we sampled quite a few items on the menu and each of them was delicious. If you like food, you will like New Public. And if you like beer. Even better, the owner falls in to the 'great people' category.

This is my new favorite place to get food In Bellingham! Fantastic vegan chili cheese fries and their Hidden Dragon sandwich is one of the best vegan sandwiches out there! Love it! I would go to their food truck everyday if I could.

We had a couple of vegan chili cheez dogs that were really good. They came with chips and a delicious pickle. I subbed out for fries and a vegan chipotle aioli.
Read moreAddressing the negative review regarding Beyond Meat: don't diss this place over it. You can simply NOT eat the burger and eat their tempeh sandwich or other vegan options.

AMAZING plant-based organic food in Bellingham!! - Edit
Find them on Instagram @newpublicfoodtruck and FB newpublicfoodtruck. Owner is a badass female that will rock your tastebuds while keeping you healthy. Schedule can be found on social media. Portions are large and everything is organic. Menu changes a little but for the most part it posted on social media. Gluten-free bread offerings with NO upcharge! Whoo-hoo! Tempeh Reuben is sooooo tasty and I love the generous portion of raw sauerkraut and tempeh.
