Excellent Gyros Fries & Nachos

Good sized portions and excellent flavors. I especially liked the Tzatziki sauce.

We ate inside Evil Bikes and had an espresso with Oatmilk too. I side Evil Bikes is also dog friendly!

Good food

Well, it was just a one off and ever since all has been great.
Food is outstanding and service is good.

We ordered online and arrived at the time they texted us. Food was far from ready and the sole person working the kitchen was not having a good day. Tired to be extra nice and waited. They took two walk in orders and 20 min. later our food was ready. Person sort of snarled at me when I approached to get the food. Okay, I get it, we all have challenging days.
The foot itself was good and there was a lot.

Get those fries!

Located outside of Evil Bikes on Harris Ave. This food truck doesn't sell beverages, but there's drinks for sale (including cold beer) inside the bike shop and seating inside and around the building.

100% vegan. The guy working let us know he was a fill-in for someone else so we waited patiently inside the shop. We split the Lord of the Fries with spicy chipotle sauce and the Gyro. It was a ton of food for 2 people so we didn't end up finishing it all.

The loaded fries are incredible - get those!

The gyro was loaded with chikn (which needed more seasoning) and impossible to hold, so we ended up eating it with a fork and skipping the pita. The tzatziki was delicious, but the gyro really needs greens/lettuce to balance it out. The proportions are off. We would order something else next time.

Washed it all down with a cold one inside Evil Bikes and browsed the fancy mountain bikes.

Outstanding!!

Amazing food - we devoured the vegan riblets. And there is a great option for indoor/outdoor seating at the bicycle shop - and they sell beverages (adult options & booze-free!). WONDERFUL - can't wait to return.

Excellent Ruben

My friends also got a Ruben and a gyro. The latter was SO MUCH food and it was all good. The fries, meh, which is all I expect at a truck. Lovely meal.

Pros: Lotsa options , Nice seating area at Evil

Excellent, all vegan, come hungry!

This place is delicious and all vegan. We came on a Friday night and there was a bike park to keep us entertained while we waited. The hours are much longer than shown on HappyCow (see website for details). We had a hidden dragon sandwich with lord of the fries upgrade which is amazing & super messy. We also got double stacked nachos and a Baja salad bowl. The bowl was a nice healthy compliment to an otherwise very indulgent meal, but still really good.

Pros: All vegan, super delicious , Good variety with healthier options , Great vibes & live music

Cons: None

LOVE LOVE LOVE

Super fantastic flavors! Great menu, all vegan. We tried the Hidden Dragon hot sandwich (which includes a side of fries) and F This Year-Yo (Gyro) - which has a few fries inside it. Both were delicious! They don’t skimp on the sauce! Tzatziki was fabulous. Also got a half order of Lord of the Fries. Holy smokes, so good. Very saucy! Generous portions on everything. The half order of loaded fries was a meal in itself. This was at the Evil Bikes location on a sunny Saturday so it was a little busy. Only one person working the truck so the food took some time but was totally worth it. Nice gal. Awesome location because you can take your food down the street and eat on the water at Marine Park. Can’t wait to go back and try more. My only wish would be that the gyro had lettuce inside it instead of fries. Lettuce would provide a good crunch.

Carne asada fríes

Had their carne asada fries at the Bellingham Veg Fest. Very nice combination of flavors. This was the most popular thing at the festival as I waited about 40 minutes for this. Well worth it.

Great burger!

My partner and I had the chicken burger and breakfast burger and both were delicious, very flavorful, and SUPER filling! Seriously, the portions are large! I really liked the dill sauce on the chicken burger and the breakfast burger is a must if you’re feeling extra hungry. The fries were thick and crispy. Just wish there was a spicy mayo or similar type of dipping sauce… we brought our own “[censored] sauce” instead though 😁 support Bellingham’s vegan businesses!

The spicy chick-fil-YAY! is probably my favorite vegan restaurant item in Bellingham. Everything else is amazing, too.

Flavorful!

One of the best vegan options I’ve had in Bellingham. The gyro wrap is delicious and the soy curls are incredibly flavorful. Also tried their chick’n sandwich, beyond burger, and nachos. Everything was great.

Best vegan Reuben in town

I love this food truck! Everything is vegan and so so good. The tempeh Reuben is one of the best vegan sandwiches I’ve ever had. They sometimes have a fried chicken sandwich special that is to die for (and also sells out wicked fast). The salads are huge and very fresh. They are parked near Wander Brewery that specializes in funky sour ales. You can tell all the chefs really put their love into the food, I highly recommend!

Pros: All vegan, Hearty and filling, Very good fries

Cons: Limited winter hours

EPIC Vegan Creations!

All Vegan Food Truck! Incredible creations unlike anything I’ve seen! This is definitely a place I would bring someone skeptical of vegan food. The burgers are out of this world and they have a gyro! They recently started doing brunch on Sundays.

Pros: All vegan menu, Lots of gluten free options , Brunch on Sundays

Women owned & operated!

I love that this food truck is owned and operated by women, girl power!!! The food is a mix of classic American meets healthy vegan... They work really hard to perfect the flavor profile of their dishes and it shows! Highly recommend if you're in the area. They move around, you can get a current location on their social media, right now they're hanging out at Wander Brewing.

Pros: Free parking lot at Wander Brewing, All vegan, Woman owned

The Most Excellent Vegan Food in Bellingham!

The New Public Food Truck is our favorite Bellingham spot for delicious 100% Vegan food! It’s hands down the best place in Bellingham to eat fresh, healthy and plant based. The menu is creative and filled with one of a kind mouth watering creations from many cultures. My husband and I are regulars and have ordered dinners from this food truck at least 20 times over the past 4 months. Each time we order the food is incredible and we have never been disappointed. The portions are generous with quality ingredients and always very filling. Our favorites are the Hidden Dragon Sandwich, Tempeh Tacos, Radical Old Lady Sandwich, and orders of fries. We look forward to trying everything on the menu in the coming months. Anna, the owner and her staff are sweet & super friendly, always wanting to provide wonderful food and a great culinary experience. Be sure to arrive early, the food is in high demand and can sell out fast. This food truck is an excellent addition to the Bellingham healthy food scene. I highly recommend this place for Vegans and everyone who enjoys clean fresh healthy food that is cholesterol free. Fun Fact - Vegan food contains NO cholesterol.

Yummy

Best fries 🍟 in town. Crisp but not too crisp and not oily. Be sure to get some when ordering a sandwich. Taco Tuesday is my favorite.
