30 pounds for 2 people. Lacked in flavour and the burgers are quite small. It was fine but will not go back.

Spoilt for choice if they’d had everything on the menu. Not happened before so possibly just bad luck. My omni teenager was impressed with the ‘chicken’ burger (which isn’t an easy task). Friendly service.

Neat burger was a weekly meal during lockdown as it was one of the only vegan places that works deliver to me. The burgers are fantastic but the chick’n sandwiches are out of this world!

The atmosphere is definitely neat, almost sterile, from the self order tablets to the decoration. I don't know if the last few years caused this place to look like that, but I almost found it a bit too cold.
Read moreThe food I would describe as average junk food, but vegan. Pretty much everything is customizable (for an additional charge). This place is open late, so you can come for dinner after the theater. As it's a digitalized place, you can only pay by card. Staff is friendly.

Fantastic fast food - Edit
The aesthetic is great. The service is great. The food is great. I was really impressed with this place on my visit to London. I’m not generally a fan of burgers, but this was so tasty, and a naughty chocolate mudslide shake for dessert. Hooray!

I’m not a burger fan or connoisseur so my review might not be particularly useful for aficionados. Range of burgers that look very good. I had the prawn replacement which was very good. They also have a some decent salads and a range of sides. Bright colourful decor with some good vegan messaging too. Fast friendly service.

Had the smash daddy burger and buffalo nuggets, burger was the same as the love burger from Leon but think I prefer that as it’s more filling and the buffalo nuggets are SALTY not spicy in the slightest! Massive disappointment really😒

What happened to the burger? - Edit
Hate to do this because I was an big fan early on. The original neat burgers used beyond meat and were excellent. They were expensive but totally worth it. Tried a neat burger again this week after some time away and they have switched to a much lower quality plant based meat (mediocre taste and visually unappealing - looks like undercooked meat). Still cost £15 for a burger, fries and drink for what is now a very mediocre product. Please, please go back to beyond meat or find a better alternative. It’s exactly this kind of thinking which is derailing the plant based movement right now. Not saying I wouldn’t go back but I would not order the burger again.

Very friendly staff and lots of seating! The menu has a wide choice of burgers, ‘chicken’ items, fries and milkshakes. The milkshake was very thick, definitely deserves the name! The service was quick and the vibe was casual, great for an easy meal.

They explained their menu to me and answered all my questions. Burger was excellent as were their tatter tots and the vanilla shake. Everything was vegan.

My go to plant-based spot in central london - Edit
I have visited a couple of the neat burger chains in London and this one is my favourite so far. The location is so convenient with a great decor and vibe! Super affordable and nice to just be able to pop in after a day in central and know that you can eat anything on the menu.

This is the third Neat Burger I have visited - less cramped than the smaller one (Soho I think), but not much room for outdoor seating like the larger one (Liverpool Street I think). As usual you can order using screens which means it is easy to edit exactly how you want your food. The menu is limited to basic fast food, since it is supposed to be like a vegan alternative to McDonald's. So long as that is what you want, it is very reliable. In this branch the ordering screens are on the counter, which was a little odd as the extremely friendly and helpful staff are quite happy to take your order, so it feels a little rude to them if you prefer to use a screen. Oh well. They brought our food to the table rather than having your name called out or appearing on a screen. Definitely the most personable of the branches I have been to. An easy, reliable restaurant when visiting London.

We ate here before seeing a show at the London Palladium. The food was good. My husband had a neat burger and fries, I had the Mexican chicken salad and the Nachos. The service was excellent, the man who served us was so friendly, polite and helpful. The price was reasonable. Would definitely return.

I think this is now my favourite place for vegan burgers out of everywhere in London. The buffalo chicken 🤤 is just my perfect burger - so meaty and saucy. That with Mac and cheese just my dream combo

I ordered the loaded tots. They came with vegan mayo, chilli sauce “bacon” pickles etc. I liked it the tots were crispy and not soggy. I also had the caramel/biscoff shake. It was sweet but delicious. Really nice staff. Lots of seating too

I had the buffalo chicken burger which had a good texture and was a good size. I actually prefer it to temple now that they have changed the receipe! Fries portion was also generous.

I loved the way orders are placed (from a iPad/Surface type device at the counter). This allows you to take your time, think through and personalize your order but the staff are available and very helpful if you have questions. There’s a variety of menu options along with varied customizations. The progress of your order is displayed with the use of your name and your name is called when your order is ready, at the location in Canary Wharf my order was brought to my table. Food is very flavorful. Loved the decor!

Am always very happy to support plant-based restaurants. Here at Princes St (London) branch, the staff are friendly. You can order by talking to a human being or by using the touch pad on the counter. We enjoyed the Neat Burger Bowl where the patty was cut up and mixed with lettuce, tomato & avocado. The ‘milk’ shake was *Amazing*. Highly recommended.
