Fantastic! - Edit
Coming from a small town, this place is grocery store heaven! Sooo much selection. The deli was the icing on the cake, with many vegan options. The salads and fresh juice were incredible. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for some good healthy food, especially vegans and vegetarians.

Thankfully, health food stores are becoming more the norm and are fairly similar. This one is no exception, on par with most. I love the SOL original burgers (wheat free) and the coconut milk icecream, also the vegan, gluten free Silver Hills bread. Recommended. Wish there was more than 1 in Kamloops.
