I believe this is the one all vegan place in Toledo and it's amazing. I recommend their pistachio chocolate which I have not stopped thinking about since. They have a wide range of chocolate drink options, which, for someone who doesn't drink tea/coffee, is perfect. They also have sweet and savoury food options, with some indoor and outdoor seating. The service is friendly, joyful, and generous. They have compostable cutlery too :)

I liked having vegetarian options in a convenient location! The lunch was decent, although not great. I wasn't too impressed with the avocado zucchini mozzarella sandwich. I've had much better matcha.

I had the pesto, feta and tomato focaccia and it was *really* good! The Cafe is in a very beautiful spot, and the people working there were very helpful and kind. The Cafe has lots of options for sweet and savoury and drinks. I'm so glad I found this place!

Mi marido y yo hicimos parada en Toledo en nuestro viaje hacia Málaga y cogimos varias cosas para comer por el camino, y realmente no se que decirte que fue lo mejor. La foccacia está deliciosa, y la lemon tart ya ni te cuento. Es que hasta el café es de 10! Y no solo eso, si no que el servicio también es excelente!!

The food is just amazing!!! Both the sweet (try the viennoiseries!) and savory food (the pizza & salatino) are super good. The staff is also super friendly. And everything is vegan! Definitely recommend, for a quick coffee or a longer stay. The pastries are among the best vegan pastries I ever tried.

Must visit when in Toledo! - Edit
I absolutely loved my experience here. I did not realize the quantity and quality of savory and sweet options they would have until I walked in. Wish I had come here for lunch instead of a snack 😂 I had the most flavorful quiche with vegetables and vegan mozzarella. It was also very reasonably priced and service was wonderful. The cafe is right next to the monestary and 100% worth the walk.

We were in Toledo for the day and surprised to find this cafe is 100% vegan as they do not show up as a vegan restaurant on happycow (apparently it lists as a cafe so hungry plant eaters might not find out about them!) Nevertheless, we had the chia pudding, porridge, chocolate muffin, banana bread and tiramisu. All were fantastic! The smoothies were so refreshing, freshly pressed juices and herbs. Will definitely come back when we are next in Toledo. Owners are fantastic. Do not miss this place!

Stopped by after the monastery not knowing it was a vegan cafe & was very happy. Got the matcha latte w soy milk and it was a proper matcha latte (no sugar, good matcha flavor). Has a wide range of baked goods, sandwiches and more. The drink menu is quite comprehensive. Staff were very nice and passionate about veganism

We stopped here seeing they made Sicilian granita. We are Italian as well as the owners, and we needed a granita with the heat of Toledo. We ended up returning a second time to taste the tiramisù (the best vegan tiramisù we ever had!), and the triple chocolate cake. All products are vegan and we were very pleased to discover that!

Great surprise to be greeted by a vegan cafe my first time in Toledo! Had a chocolate-filled croissant, a blue cheez pizza, and a chocolate and hazelnut milkshake. All amazing, and the owners were very friendly and excited to talk to a vegan person. Even got to practice my Italian a bit. Absolute must-see for a vegan in Toledo!
