Great, but not a grocery store - Edit
I really like this place, mostly for their bulk section. As far as I know, it's the best in town. Also has tons of supplements and vitamins if that's your thing. However, I would be hard pressed to do more normal week-to-week shopping here. If nothing else, the produce section is much too small.

I like the produce selection-it was ALL organic!!
They also have a nice lil book section and friendly staff

Better food prices than the Coop or Whole Foods - Edit
Vitamin Cottage Natural Grocer has above the norm ethics and believes in passing on savings to their customers. Check out the "what we won't sell" list - no hydrogenated oils, no irradiated food, no inorganic food, no rgBH, no artificial colors, aspartame etc. in ANY of the food they sell. If that's not enough - their prices beat the socks off of both the local Coops and Whole Foods. These are the prices you could expect from a coop back in the days when coops passed savings along to the shoppers. I would say on the average the prices are 25-30% lower for many items. There's also a huge selection of vitamin and mineral supplements and a body care department.
