More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I just felt a strong pull towards this lifestyle. I woke up one morning and that was it- I never looked back.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
A sense of community and to find new options that I may be unaware of and perhaps add a listing that I run across.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I love to travel- haven't had much of a chance to go many places but when I do it's very refreshing.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Tofu scrabble in a burrito. Chickpeas...anyway but my fav is oven roasted and crunchy. Vegan tacos, fajitas, sushi, and quinoa. I also really like salads and fruits.
