Wonderful, Delightful

My Vegan is a small restaurant tucked away at the corner of Arroyo Pkwy and Pico St. You probably won’t see it from the street but it’s next to the Dominoes Pizza. The menu looks wonderful, and I can tell I’ll enjoy working my way through item after item in the coming weeks. I chose the PET or pumpkin, eggplant and tofu. The dish was advertised as spicy but is pretty tame and flavorful. The ingredients and serving were fresh and plentiful. What I especially appreciated was the sounds of laughter and harmonious banter coming from the kitchen. They have such a nice place and enjoy themselves.
