Endorphin, the best vegan option in Puerto de la Cruz - Edit
First I'd like to make a remark to the Happy Cow review team: Tenerife is an island, just like Hawaii. I have noticed that in most of the reviews, the city name isn't mentioned, which makes it difficult for Happy Cow members to know the address of the restaurants, even if like me, they actually live in Tenerife.
Read moreSo, Endorphin is in Puerto de la Cruz. It is recently opened and what is wonderful with this place is that it isn't only vegan, but also HEALTHY! They don't use sugar, etc... everything is home made with natural ingredients.
I tried one of their "nice creams" with acai, on the suggestion of Derek, the very friendly guy who runs the place with his team-mate, Naomi, equally delightful.
They have seating outdoors and are in a quiet pedestrianised street right in the city centre. They deserve great success for their initiative to serve healthy vegan fare instead of the usual burger and fries and sugar-laden desserts on offer in other vegan places.
Endorphin is also spotlessly clean and very agreeable decor.
Pros: Delicious food; friendly service; reasonable price
Cons: The music could be more subtle and relaxing.

Relaxed spot with coworking area and nice staff. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The nice cream could have been even thicker or else served with a straw.

Nice find in PDLC. Felt the smoothie was a little overpriced when it came out more like a juice than a smoothie (after paying €7.50 for a large), but it was very tasty - passion fruit, yum!

The ‘chicken’ replacement was very thin and very crispy strips - of what, I’m not entirely sure 🤷♀️ so don’t be expecting anything ‘meaty’.

Wow - what a great restaurant! Reasonably priced, tasty, fresh and healthy food on a lovely wee boulevard. Nice outdoor seating. The staff were friendly and helpful. They focus on a nice selection of world cuisines. Very highly recommended! 10/10

This cozy little restaurant just opened recently and we're so lucky to have found it before we leave in a few days. We've tried two bowls and frappuccinos plus the chocolate cheesecake and everything has been absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. Get the word out about this new gem!
