Fantastic Health shop and Veggie cafe - Edit
I'm lucky enough to have this as my local health food shop.
It stocks an amazing variety of wholefoods and supplements.
Has a great on site cafe at the back of the shop which sells great veggie/vegan wholefoods. The porions are generous and tasty, with a good selection. You can also have it to take away if you haven't time to eat on site.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Excellent fresh food with superb service in a lovely location. Lots of choice. Very good value. I wished we lived nearer!

Worth the trip to Lampeter - Edit
Unless you happen to live in Lampeter it is a long way from anywhere, so it is an especial pleasure to come across this lovely place, where the staff are friendly and the food inexpensive and tasty.
Newly refurbished when we visited, with a shop in the front and a cafe at the back and upstairs. I don't know how they do it, but what a grand place.

Wonderful, lovely place, great food, lovely staff. Vegan options and a complete understanding of vegetarian food. A must for any veggie.
