More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

There's no longer any excuse for eating anything but a vegan diet or dramaticly cutting down on any animal product in light of cutting them out all together. Its a simple way an individual can make an environmental impact. And, being vegan changes the way you view yourself and the world around you.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

For inspiration and because I'm a sucker for community and Happy Cow is a Community and not just a website that uses the word 'Community' a lot.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

I love rugged landscapes and right now North Wales holds my heart. I've been lucky to have travelled widely and would like to go back to Moscow to see the changes that have happened in the last 20 years.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

How do people live without nutritional yeast.

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

Read anything and everything.....listen to as much music as you can (and not just the stuff you usually listen to).....go watch movies from other cultures....and never read magazine unless they're on the web..do we need to use more paper???
