More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

meat is disgusting not only ecologically, ethically and morally , but tastes awful too, oh and the smell of death that eminates from butchers shops and counters in supermarkets is stomach churning.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

Help thoseof us who are veg*ns and those veggie curious find great places to buy and eat veg*n food. To Champion the cause for vegetarianism and Veganism.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Berlin is great for veggies and vegans. I would love to visit Bodhygaya

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

Tofu, hummous & Peanut Butter. Clives pies are delicious

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

The Vegetarian Society produces a book called "Happy Healthy and Delicious" You can order it from their web shop. https://www.vegsoc.org/shop I love the format , easy recipes with health tips and full nutritional analysis. great value for around £10 and you support a good cause too.
