Hot Stone Bowl

100% get the hot stone bowl. Add what ever ingredients you want. When you get the hot bowl back start scraping the sides so the rice doesn’t burn. This will brown more rice and this browned rice makes the bowl. 5 star in my book.

Very good

I got the bibimbap in a Stone bowl. It was like a Subway style where you get to choose the ingredients. I did not include tofu because it was just chunks of cold tofu. The only thing I would suggest is if they have seasoned or fried tofu instead of boring plain tofu. But, there were so many other choices of vegetables so it was fine anyway. Service was great!
