Oceansicde Farmers Market - Edit
This market hads plenty of produce, and is in a great location for shopping afterwards. The set-up is really nice because you can just walk down the isles and find what you need.
Pros: lots of produce , friendly people , good location
Cons: some wilted veggies , traffic noise, sometimes crowded

Oceanside Local - Edit
Another great weekly market for local growers to bring their fresh produce and crafts. Good pricing, and a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, grains, flowers, and other organics. Convenient location in downtown Oceanside by the Civic Center.
Pros: Locally grown, Fresh produce, Good pricing

Was here in July 09. I'm pleased to review this market on HappyCow.net. It's a good size market with many vendors in white tents selling their produce and products. Fresh vegetables, fruits, clothing, cooked food, and some other stuff. Nice that is't in the morning, too. A choice for buying fresh grocery and stuff when in Oceanside.
