Lots of vegan options - Edit
Update: they haven't had the vegan lunch buffet since covid, so figured it was time to update. Menu is well marked with vegan options, you can ask for a vegetarian option to be vegan. Super nice family that run this small strip mall restaurant. Great choice for eat in or take-out.

We checked out the all Vegan Lunch Buffet at Mount Everest Cuisine on Saturday. This was their 7th week hosting the lunch buffet and one of the owners said they had a great response that day. It costs $9.99 per person and included Channa Masala, Dal, Saag Dal, Veggie Chow Chow, Sweet Potato Masala, just to name a few. Everything was delicious! Ended up skipping dinner that night because we did over indulge!

Many vegan options, and pretty much everything can be made vegan. Super friendly owners. The Saturday all vegan buffet is really tasty and has plenty to choose from. Pleasant and calm atmosphere. I only wish I had found this place sooner!
