Have a special section for vegan options, all with organic ingredients.

Great option for the shopping center

Busaba is Louisville is very nice and busy for dine in. This new Boulder location, in the Meadows Shopping Center close to the Dollar Tree, took off first as take-out only and the dine-in option is just getting known. The decor is lacking compared to Louisville, and the menu is slightly smaller. But the food we enjoyed was as delicious. They were doing a TON of take-out when we visited. Most of the menu can be vegan; just ask for the vegetarian option/no fish sauce. And if the description calls for egg ask them to leave it out. We're so happy this location opened in Boulder and with the amount of take-out business they were doing on a Thursday night I can tell other people in Boulder are happy too.

Pros: great thai food, many vegan options

Cons: atmosphere could use some sprucing up
