Difficult to find and has limited seating and no bins - Edit
This place is located in the Mong Kok East mall also known as the MOKO mall. I found it was incredibly hard to find. I was walking around for what felt like hours. I eventually found the place when I sought the guidance of one of the touchscreen directories. The place is quite small and has limited seating, and there also seems to be no bins. There are various smoothies and other beverages as well as some other food that the staff told me were all vegan. All in all, the food was reasonable.

This was my first time trying bubble tea in Hong Kong and I wasn’t sure whether I’d like it or not; I tend to find it too sweet at home (even without sugar), but the 0% sugar at Mother Pearl was perfect. I had the Black Gold tea and it was amazing (though they were out of the ginger jelly they usually use — but the workers were really lovely and helped me choose an alternative, and confirmed that everything in the shop was vegan). There were lots of choices and they all looked really good; it was very hard to pick! I am hoping we will get the chance to return and try another tea.

We had a matcha fruit tea which was mixed in with some non dairy milk and it was amazing. They have a good mix of generic flavours like chocolate and special ones with hibiscus , matcha etc

It's a chain across the city so I got to have it multiple times
Pricing is great , a drink at 25-30 hkd , a cookie / calzone at 28-36 hkd
