yummy!

at the price of 960 yen including a small salad and drink (i chose water but you can choose something else) i got a great burger with a yummy sauce. the workers were very nice and polite and i liked sitting in front of the window and looking at the street while i ate. great value for money :)

Vegan Burger is good, but not so Vegan

I'm a meat eater, but I have Vegan & 7th Day Adventist friends.
While the burger is vegan/ vegetarian itself, the OIL is Not.
They cook it on the same grill & last I checked, with lard as all the other burgers.
So, eat at your choice.
If you're not particular. It's a good burger.
But my advice will always be, ASK what oil they use here in Japan.
They may have changed since but always ask first.
(I was in the Otaru, Wing Bay Mos Burger).

服務非常棒！

目前店內提供一款素漢堡，patty是植物基的，被稱為「green burger」。配上兩種醬料，味道很多元！漢堡🍔我習慣壓一下再吃，好咬一些。
小店裡小樽火車站不遠，位於街角。有兩層，一層點餐，二層就餐空間比較大，還有間暖氣房。
服務生很熱情，服務態度很棒，英語也很不錯！

Mos plant burger good

Good in otaru Hokkaido for veggie burgers

Pros: Taste, Sauce

Reliable but small portions

I always found Mos Burger pricey and this place was no exception, but staff were nice and an English menu is available. I paid 940 yen for the soy sea burger which is a limited time offering. It was quite tender with a good texture but not a very strong taste and the bread was small and light, like air 😅

Staff didn’t appear to speak English. I tried asking if the onion rings had egg but either they didn’t know or they were not super confident in their answer and it was lost in translation. They’ll bring the food upstairs for you when it’s done. There are a few ground-level stools at a counter for those who don’t want to go upstairs.

Pros: Convenient location, Reliable chain with English menu, Wasn’t busy on a weekday

Cons: Unsatisfying portions, Need to ask if you want more than a tsp of ketchup

Plant-based menu options. It’s also possible to change some patties with the soy patty for an extra 20 yen. at Mos Burger in Otaru
