Pay for the lovely setting and location

The portions don’t match the prices; 2/4 things we ordered were tasty. Uses egg ingredients, so vegans beware, and every drink has added sugar except for coffee.

Delicious vegan food

Really unique menu of dishes I’d never tried before. I couldn’t work out how to make them myself and was completely satisfied. You only need the small, the portions are huge.

Pros: Lots of vegan options

Chill Place For Tea And Good Food

Came here when not everybody in my group was that hungry but no worries, as everything was so good, I just ate their food.
Although the menu looks pretty standard, the flavours they get into their food is really impressive for a place that seems more geared towards the teas that they have on offer. Sauces had a good depth of flavour and their mushrooms, as a person who usually cannot stand mushrooms, did not detract from the rest of the dish. Not sure why most of the menu items came in three different sizes (without much indication on the menu as to what exactly these sizes were) but the smallest size, with one dish ordered for each person in the party, seemed to be the way to go.
Inside was like one of literally like one of those zen teahouses where people might sit cross-legged under falling water or something. Definitely not what you'd expect to find in Melaka. I liked it!

Pros: Pretty Walkable From Tourist Areas, Some Delicious Dishes, Really Relaxing Place

Cons: Different Portion Sizes Slightly Confusing, Not Cheap Entry Point When It Comes To Pricing, Atmosphere Not To Everybody's Taste

Vegan cuisine in the WOOD

The restaurant is quite large, the wooden tables and chairs are very antique, with soft music, very Zen, really like in the woods / forest! I ordered a Mixed Fruit Rojak (RM12), the black sauce is rojak, sweet with a little spicy, very special taste; I ordered another Hokkien noodles (RM16), the best way to eat is with their own spicy sauce; their drink is also very special, like the Soursop Juice (RM10), sour and sweet, pretty nice~

I loved this place!

I was traveling solo & visited this restaurant. I had the sweet and sour jackfruit and it was incredible! I also had spearmint tea which was delicious. Total, this was 30RM.

Pros: Amazing food

Delicious

This place feels like a vegetarian/vegan oasis. We tried two dishes and we're absolutely amazed. There is one thing I would change, and it is having at least one vegan options for dessert. 🙈 Otherwise love it!

Superb place

My first time visiting Mori. Lovely dishes. We had black vinegar fungus, brinjal and otah omelette. My non-vegetarian hubby ate happy with the dishes and commented that the Chef cooked with love and effort. Portions are surprisingly big. We managed to finish all three dishes together with rice. It’s definitely pig-out session. We will definitely return! Please continue with the effort. I will definitely recommend this place (:

Price may be a little pricey for locals.

(I think the monkey mushroom qty is a bit little for the black vinegar dish.)

Pros: Quite a number of varieties of dishes, Welcoming staff, Food are amazingly good. Not too salty or oily.

Cons: Be patient and wait when it’s at peak period, Price may be a little pricey for locals.

Delicious

I came here twice during my stay in Melaka. The first time I got the spicy noodles (Melaka style) and not only were they delicious, the portion was huge! The second time I got the sweet and sour mushrooms which were good but the portion was much smaller. Also got the mushroom satay which were very very good.

Nice restaurant

This is a nice restaurant with a great ambiance. However it also comes with a higher price tag.

We order the vinegar stew rice set and a tom yum hor fun. The hor fun was fantastic.

The vinegar stew as nice (acquired taste) but portion a bit small. It's better to order ala carte for a bigger portion and skip the side vegetables dish and soup that comes with the rice set.

Pros: Tasty good food, Nice ambiance, Conviently located in Jonker

Cons: A bit pricey

Very nice food and even better tea

I had a very nice noodle soup here and a flower tea. The service was very friendly and always refilled my tea water. The atmosphere is very relaxing, they have a little fountain and chill music. The menu offers many vegetarian and vegan options and it is indicated when a dish contains egg. I would always go again.

Pros: lots of options, nice atmosphere

Cons: bit pricey

Food is nice

Use a lot of monkey head mushroom in their dishes, so vegans need to be aware as dome monkey head mushroom preparation methods may not be vegan.

Delicious Food

We had a really enjoyable meal here. The food was very tasty though a little pricey for 5 people.

It was like a quiet haven from the madness of Jonker Walk!

The owners were very friendly.
