One pizza vegan.

The pizza was nice but nothing amazing.
They have one or two other options (marinara et bruschetta) but not even one sauce proposed with the pasta is vegan friendly.
But it right it the center

Pros: City center , Fast service , One specific vegan pizza

Cons: More cafeteria than restaurant, Not enough options , Not a really warm or friendly place

3.5 stars. Interesting nut based pizza

They're now offering pizza "Semi and Ceci" as well as custom pizza, custom focaccia, bruschetta (tomato chunks on bread), mixed salad, oven vegetables and (likely vegan) lemon sorbet. No more vegan pasta sauces but I was told you could get pasta aglio olio off menu. I really liked their nut pizza, which absolutey didn't need cheeze, but the vegetables and bruschetta were only about average.

delicious!

Had the bruschetta and penne with pomodoro sauce and they were both amazing! Simple and delicious classic Italian food. Everything vegan is labeled on the menu. The Pomodoro sauce was not listed as a sauce option, just as a sauce for the kids menu. but if you ask for it as your pasta sauce they will gladly do it. Great service and outdoor seating too

A few solid vegan options

A great advantage of this restaurant is its opening hours during the holidays (when most vegan restaurants are closed).

About the food, they have a vegan pizza and a vegan salad but you can also compose your own pasta or pizza. The food we had was tasty, nothing to complain about.

The place is big so, although you can make a reservation in advance, chances are that you will find a table without one. The staff is friendly and the waiting times are normal.

Pros: opening times, location, good vegan food

Cons: not all vegan, could have more vegan dishes

Decent Vegan Options

The vegan dishes at Molino are not the most exciting, but it was very welcome to find a place that had several clearly marked vegan dishes that was open all day and served dinner (it seems nearly all veg places in Geneva are only open for lunch, and otherwise close for several hours in the middle of the day). My husband and I split the Marinara pizza (vegan by default, does not come with cheese) and the Penne All'arrabbiata and it made a great meal. Ideally, we would have had more veggies or protein, but it was very tasty and I enjoyed having some vegan Italian food.

Pros: Clearly marked vegan options, Vegan pizza and pasta

Cons: No protein

Great pizza and big salads

Some great pizza with a few vegetarian options (including the special when we visited).
Roasted veg salad was a proper size for a main course & tasted great.
Prices are normal for Geneva (so will seem expensive compared to other european cities)

Pros: Great pizza, Friendly service

Cons: Genevan prices
