Disgusting with terrible customer service - Edit

First time at Mod Pizza and it was a horrible experience. Ordered the thick crust pizza with extra cheese that was horribly overcooked and tasted burnt. The cheese was dried up and practically burned off and the bottom burnt. I nicely asked the guy baking the pizza if I could have a redo and he was clearly offended and told me all the pizzas look that way. Really? So you serve burnt pizza to everyone. Highly doubtful. The customer next to me cheese was stringy when he picked up a slice...mine however, was not. At all. He begrudgingly offered to make another one but pretty much said it will look the same. Ridiculous. I was about to ask to speak with to the manager but was over it at that point. Trashed the food and left. Had a VERY long day and was looking forward to this meal. I have been to a bunch of these types of pizzerias so I know what a pizza with extra cheese should look like and this miss the mark and the terrible customer service did not help. Money completely wasted.

It will satisfy a craving - Edit

It was good not great, I've had better chain fast pizza. Staff was really friendly, place looked clean. I went next store to whole foods grabbed some follow your heart ranch to do pizza in(which made it waaaay better).

Not bad though their “thick” crust is pretty much regular crust. They use Daiya cheese, which isn’t my favorite. The texture is a bit yuck to me but it’s forgivable. I like that individual toppings don’t cost extra.

Many options to create your favorite pizza including Beyond Sausage and Daiya cheese without an upcharge! Last time the pizza creator even offered to change gloves before making my pizza.

I love that you can add as many toppings as you want with no extra cost. I pile on all of the vegetables plus pineapple and spices and olives. It’s so delicious!

Pros: Easy to personalize , No charge for as many ingredients as you want

This place is super convenient and has lots of options from vegan cheese, vegan meat, and tons of veggies. And everything is all set at one price so no extra cost for vegan alternatives!
