Wish their vegan options matched their non-vegan options - Edit
All their non-vegan options are BEAUTIFUL and completely delicious looking. Then you have the 3 vegan options which are all variations of essentially the same thing and are a bit lackluster. I’m sure they may be afraid that vegan items wouldn’t sell as well, so I have to respect their choices but it’s almost like they’re not even trying. I would challenge them to try to veganize some of their other options. They clearly are very talented and I would love to see it be stretched.

Would love to indulge my sweet tooth here. While I appreciate the 3 vegan pastries offered, it is still very limited. All 3 options are puff pastries with nuts so pretty much interchangeable to me.
