Traditional :) - Edit
I think I personally prefer hot soups, but this cold soy milk soup was good. There’s no salt or sugar, but you can add more as you wish. The scallion pancake was massive and pretty tasty.
Read moreTo find this place, you need to go down one floor from B1 and walk through all these Korean food restaurants, then turn right, and go down some stairs and up an escalator that’s next to a gym. Then turn left and it will be on your right. There’s probably multiple ways to get there, but that’s how I got there.

Good value spot in the mall full of local workers. A chance to try the traditional seasonal soya cold noodle dish. Delicious banchan too.

Difficult to find, but one of the few good options in the area - Edit
Very very difficult to locate. I would recommend going to the COEX mall and using the map screens there to locate it. I had the potato pancakes which were very satisfying. Also ordered the cold Noddles in soya milk which were pretty decent too.

Only seasonal - Edit
I’ve just visited the restaurant, unfortunately there were no vegan/vegetarian options available. It appears that the menu changes seasonally.

Lovely, hard to find - Edit
A little hard to find buried in the Starfield Co Ex mall it’s with navigating. Deeply authentic, packed with locals. In fact few vegan options because ALL noodles have fish sauce (clams in fact). The red bean noodle does not but that is seasonal and not available in the summer. I had a scallion light pancake which was excellent.

Great noodle dishes and pancakes!! - Edit
This place serves very good home-made noodle dishes and pancakes in general!
Read moreOnly some of the menu items are veggie-friendly or veganizable, and most side dishes (soup and kimchi) contain fish products. But if you talk to staff, they were so far a bit perplexed when I asked to customize something, but still friendly and helpful.
Their vegan potato pancakes (Gamjajeon 감자전) are thick, crispy and simply amazing. The other pancakes contain egg, but they are done very well too. Definitely one of my favorite pancake restaurants in Seoul!
Another vegan dish is cold noodles in soy bean soup (Kong-guksu 콩국수), which is served in a beautiful way and satisfyingly creamy.
Pros: excellent food

Traditional food - Edit
Lovely traditional food. I had the cold noodle soup with soy milk and potato cakes. These are huge in size. Kimchi is not vegan friendly as has fish sauce in it.
