I’ve been a follower for years, and I finally had a chance to swing though. Loved the dog-friendly outdoor seating, the Carolina Burger was amazing, the Fiesta Fries were delicious, and the Strawberry Milkshake was on point.

The Best Vegan BBQ Sandwich - Edit
I've been eating Mike's Vegan for years and I'm so glad they now have this standalone location (instead of the food truck). The bbq sandwich is so good that I almost never try anything else on the menu, but it's all good. I live in the NYC area now and I get excited about eating at Mike's whenever I'm in the triad.

I will give this two stars because the service was nice and speedy and the bbq sandwich was delicious, but it was not worth the 15 plus hours of pain that followed. could not eat anything else all day. i am so confused about this, cause vegan food never makes me feel this way…

I wish there was a bit more menu variety outside of typical American fare, BUT, I still love to get some good vegan junk food when I can!! And Mike’s is delicious for sure. One of the best BBQ sandwiches I’ve ever had, vegan or not! Get it with Texas toast instead of buns and thank me later. Fiesta fries were great too. I’d love to try some other options eventually!

The entire experience is uplifting and satisfying -- delicious, creative food served by friendly, attentive staff, in a warm, cheerful environment. I am happy every moment I am there. They have burgers, hot dogs, wraps, and more. The Colombiana burger had great flavor with the pineapple and crushed potato chips. We also tried the chicken tenders and fries. They have gluten free options for the burgers but the fries are made in the same oil as the chicken tenders, so you'll have some cross contamination. The hot dog was a masterpiece and super flavorful. The service was very friendly and they brought the food to our table. Highly recommend coming here to support their business.

By far the best vegan comfort food I’ve ever had. My friends that eat meat say it puts “real” hamburgers to shame as well. I don’t complain about the price, because I know they pay a living wage. Wish I had a Mike’s Vegan Grill closer to me!

Good food for those that are vegan. This restaurant is 100% vegan. The only problem is the food is extremely overpriced. Burgers are $15 each and this doesn’t include fries or a drink. To make it a combo it’s like $3-$5 extra
