Just like the fast food I used to know! - Edit
Expansive menu! Pizza, burgers, hot dogs, wraps, and even a crunch wrap! It’s all fast food style, don’t expect healthy options. They had gluten free burger buns and the burgers are gluten free too if you need.
Read moreThe portions were large. I ordered the set of three wings thinking it would be small but they were more like three drumsticks! If you try a bunch of food like I did, you’ll end up taking food home!
Prices are higher, but not very different from any other fully vegan restaurant. Fun vibes. Friendly staff.
Food was a bit oily and salty for my taste, but I don’t eat fast food often so I think that’s just a personal preference. I would come here again to try more things!

We ordered a few things off the menu every looked we put together but my Alfredo noodles were over cooked so the guys suggested the Philly which was better but still very high in sodium

Mike's Vegan Grill specializes in vegan food so you know it's not an afterthought. I tend to eat more "healthy vegan" with no oil and low fat and this is NOT that, but it's a great option for me occasionally. My omni friend enjoyed her food as well.

I got a buffalo sandwich (no sides or drink) and a slice of cheesecake. My total for those two items was around $30, which seems a bit high to me. The service was very friendly, but the food was mostly just ok. The chicken patty isn't crispy, which would have helped a lot. I would return to try something different.

Excellent little vegan “comfort food” spot! Great service, great food! My kids loved having a treat (we eat a mostly whole food diet at home as vegans) so it’s fun to go out for a vegan hot dog or burger on occasion - and we loved this place!

We used to love MVG, but we recently learned that the owner now co-owns non-vegan restaurants and is justifying that by calling himself an entrepreneur. He doesn’t appear to understand veganism, so we don’t trust that their foods are all animal free.

Stayed over night in Greensboro on our way to Maryland. Had selected a different vegan place earlier in the day to stop at for dinner but decided to give Mike’s vegan grill a try. The staff were welcoming and friendly! The vibe of the restaurant was cool! I can’t praise the place enough for the amount of food selections they have. So many entrees to pick from! Loved all our choices. Wished we had been able to stay longer in Greensboro because would have definitely eaten here every time! a great place for vegans and non vegans to eat!

Stopped on our way from the mountains, convenient location just off the highway, down from the convention center. Really fun vibe with bright colors and good music playing. The food was SO good and came out fast. Meat-eating partner got the Philly cheesesteak and he loved it, said it was one of the best he’d eaten. I got the hot chicken sandwich which was also amazing. Staff were friendly, can’t wait til we’re cruising through again - must try when you’re in the area! They also have a food truck so you may get lucky and catch them somewhere else in the Triangle.

First off, the aesthetic and vibe of this place is on point! Absolutely love the messaging and decor. As an example of the energy of this place, they even have a display of crystals and gems for sale (which I don't think I've ever seen at a restaurant before)!
Read moreNow to the food. Wow, I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken with Cheese Fries and both were fantastic! My partner ordered a margarita pizza which was really tasty as well! The employees were really kind and even gave us complimentary brownies (which were also delicious!)
After taking a trip down south in which I drove past a lot of farms and animal agriculture, it was so refreshing to visit a place like this. It gives me hope for the future and I wish Mike's Vegan Grill nothing but success! Truly a trailblazer towards a better world for us all ❤️ #Veganuary

We planned a short visit in Greensboro and included a stop at this restaurant. The restaurant has a really great vibe and the staff were great. We tried the chicken tacos, cheeseburger quesadilla, Colombiana burger and chicken Philly. They were all really tasty, burger is impossible meat which is not my favorite, but the pineapple made it enjoyable.

The food was really good! I got the classic burger, chocolate shake, and fries. The space is also really nice. I was expecting bigger portions of the fries and shake for the price, but it's a minor complaint in exchange for so many options and to know I can eat everything on the menu! The staff was nice too.

Stopped here on a road trip and I'm glad I did. My husband got a burger and I got a hot dog and cheese fries, both of which were good. The fries were a little grainy but hot enough that it didn't matter. I love that they have kids meal options. The flavored lemonade was great.

Hubs and I went and got the classic burger and the Buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. The burgers were very messy and saucy which would probably be fine if you don’t have sensory issues like my husband. They were dripping with the amount of sauce on them. The burgers themselves were good though. Everything just tasted very sweet, almost like the fries had cinnamon sugar on them. It just wasn’t for me. The actual restaurant was very cool and lovely inside. We’ll have to come by and try the pizzas because the environment was just so great.

The vibe and atmosphere is incredible. The food is good, just everything has a sweet taste to it. Not bad, just not what i was expecting. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and like it! But it is very very messy so beware. The fries are solid too. The bathroom is very tight and hot. Great experience all in all though.

Menu is much larger than it seems on the website. BBQ sandwich is most excellent. Shakes are tasty but a bit smallish for $7. Absolutely will return. 100% vegan.

I love these people after searching for a road trip food place! I had one of their burgers my son had a pizza. The margarita with a basil drizzle is excellent, completely vegan. You would never know it -asking them to do it well done))
