10 STARS! - Edit
I tried to give this place 5 stars but the app wouldn't allow it since it's labeled as "non-vegetarian". The label is WRONG, this place caters to EVERYONE. I'm vegan and had the 8 oz. cauliflower veggie burger. It was BOSS. I can't believe it took me so long to try this place but it's now one of my favorites. Don't think about it, if you have the chance to go JUST GO!
Pros: Caters to vegan, vegetarian, and meat eaters alike, Warm, rustic atmosphere.
Cons: Parking can be tricky, Popular, so can be crowded

Cauliflower Mushroom Burger - Edit
Delicious vegetarian options. Probably would substitute the goat cheese for fried green tomatoes next time, but love the goat cheese.

Vegetarian Friendly - Edit
Hops doesn't claim to be vegan. They are vegetarian-friendly. Both vege burgers are really good and you can always order without a bun. The biggest drawback is that the inside is very small. You will wait for a table but we always find it's worth it!

Meh - Edit
They offer 2 veggie patties, the mushroom cauliflower and the nutty patty. The fries are always delicious. Unfortunately all of their buns aren't vegan. In addition to this the service is horrid. ALWAYS. We usually sit at the bar, hoping to get better service but it never happens. Ever. If you want to give it a try, I recommend having an early dinner (4pmish) or late dinner. This place gets packed and there's usually an hour wait and its tiny.
Pros: Delicious
Cons: Bad Service, Small Space, No Vegan Buns

Not Vegan - Edit
Hops Burger Bar offers two veggie patties that are vegan, but I was just informed by the staff that all of their buns have egg.
Cons: buns all contain egg
