They cook their fries and the impossible burger in a deep fat fryer That they also fry the fuss in. If they want to offer a true vegan option then a dedicated fryer would be needed.

Secret sauce - Edit
I got the beyond burger which comes with a vegan sauce on top which kinda tastes like Big Mac sauce. I️ thought it was amazing especially since most places don’t offer anything except a plain vegan patty. There was also vegan cheese and it was all very good. If I️ remember correctly there were a few other vegan options as well but I️ was set on the burger.
