Need to Specify with wait staff on how you want a vegan plate

They got my order wrong but were very accommodating to remake it with vegan cheese. I knew instantly the cheese wasn’t vegan on my enchiladas but once I could eat them so delicious! Enchilada sauce is so flavorful definitely not from a can. Rice is not vegan but their beans are I grabbed a side of mixed veggies instead of rice. Unlimited chips and salsa also a plus. Just need to specify with wait staff to ensure vegan cheese is used. I would definitely come back also since portions are so large!
