Good gluten free options - Edit
Lots of gluten free options and some vegan. I was a bit confused about what was vegan and not when it wasn't listed in the main menu, where they had symbols. I went for a gluten free panini with tofu and pesto. Unfortunately, their pesto had way too much oil - the panini was saturated with oil and my fingers were covered as well as my plate by the time I finished. I had a hard time getting the oil off my fingers. Not only did this affect the taste and feeling of healthiness but I bet there was 6-800 kcal in oil in that panini! Otherwise, my fresh juice was excellent and I also had a gluten free sweet that was freshly baked. It was excellent. I would recommend this place as long as you avoid anything oil based!

beautiful independent vegetarian juice bar with super tasty paninis. interior is beautiful and the ladies who work there extremely friendly. I tried hummus panini and it was absolutely delicious. they also have a great choice of cakes!

Fast and fresh delicious juices. You have a nice selection of blends, which are made in front of you. Panini sandwiches are tasty- humous, guacamole, tasty veg pastes. Good vegan options. Smoothies made with fresh fruit and coconut milk, Delicious! Simple, basic little venue. Good service. Owned by Gloniad, full service veggie restaurant two doors down.

Right next door to the fabulous Glonojad. This is more of a cake and hot drink place which also does a big range of smoothies or as they are called in Poland, smufis. We popped in for some vegan carrot cake to take back to the hotel. They do at least one vegan cake every day as well as cookies. The cake was simply divine. What a great place indeed. 100% vegetarian and although it's called Flesh this is only in reference to the fruit and vegetables used to make the smufis. How creative.

Miazsz provided a great amount of help to me in getting over a very difficult Sunday morning, and for that I will be eternally grateful. I had the gouda sandwich, which came with a delicious pesto sauce and some very nice bread; and a green smoothie, which was fresh and fruity.
