- I am cofounder of an organic Ecovillage community south of Krakow. It is an international group of creative people, artists, musicians, healer, authors, herbalists and gardeners. We perform Agnihotra healing fire at sunrise and sunset for purification of the atmosphere. Am a healer, author and artist. My motto, "Angels can fly because they take themselves lightly." More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I have been vegetarian for over 40 years, raised my child completely vegetarian. We were in fact vegan the first 12 years of his life, due to his dairy allergies. Now, joyously, he is raising his children vegetarian in our eco community. We do eat some dairy now, but no eggs. I can see us eventually becoming again vegan. It is an ethical, healthful, humane decision to be vegetarian. It is part of conscious living, living in harmony with Nature and with our own nature.

We grow all our own organic produce on our organic Homa farm and international vegetarian community in southern Poland. So, all our fresh veggies and fruits are my favourite. Nature's harvest of miracles. GO ORGANIC.
