4 verschiedene Suppen (Sojasauce, Miso, Salz, Tomate) mit Nudeln, Mais, Bambussprossen, Noriblättern, 1 Tomate, Frühlingszwiebel. Man kann für wenig Geld Ei oder einen Nachschub an Nudeln dazubestellen.

They instantly asked if one of us was vegan and offered us the vegan menu. You have a choice between four different vegan soup bases. The vegetables they put in are partly a bit random (tomatoes and corn, besides more Japanese vegetables), but it’s still very good and filling. All the side dishes contained meat or fish, I think.

Very good vegan ramen, they only have one dish but you can choose the soup type (soy sauce, salt, miso or curry). I got the miso soup

Wir sind zufällig dort essen gewesen, weil wir eigentlich in ein anderes Café wollte. Aber sowohl die veganen Optionen als auch die mit Fleisch haben sehr überzeugt! Man bekommt auch zusätzlich einen Side Dish dazu und Mochi/Eis als Nachtisch. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Found this place thanks to Happy Cow on a day trip to Himeji. I chose miso base for the vegan ramen and it was very good and reasonable price. Note that you can only pay by cash.

Read moreWhen I came inside the store I got the normal english menu, however, this does not contain the vegan ramen. I had to ask for it and they give you the menu which contains only one ramen variation where you can choose miso, salt, soy sauce or curry as base for the broth.
Even if you do not get the vegan menu immediately, the vegan menu is displayed outside of the store so you can be sure they offer it. Enjoy your ramen! :)

Tasty Ramen and Friendly staff - Edit
My family and I tried the miso, Soy sauce, and curry Ramen and they were all delicious! The staff brought us free mochi at the end. Note that they only accept cash (but there is an ATM not too far away). They were open new years day when most other shops were closed.
