Plain Udon, sub the dipping sauce for soy sauce - Edit
Hand pulled fresh udon noodles were great. Staff spoke English / understand the substitute. Pretty seamless start to end experience.

Delicious Udon - Edit
This restaurant has one vegan option. It is fresh udon noodles with dipping sauce. Please specify vegan when ordering, as this dish does not include the dipping sauce and they will replace it with soy sauce. Still very delicious because of the fresh made noodles, but sauce & toppings very basic.
