Ottime opzioni ma non sempre disponibili - Edit
Purtroppo siamo arrivate tardi per pranzo e non c'erano molte opzioni di rosticceria rimaste, ma abbiamo provato lo sfincione e un pezzo di rosticceria con friarelli e melanzane, buonissimi! Anche come pezzi dolci non era rimasto molto ma la brioche al cacao era molto buona e si poteva farcire con una crema a piacere (la scelta è ricaduta sulla crema lotus!). Anche la monoporzione al pistacchio era squisita! Le cose che avremmo voluto provare erano ben altre (tipo dolci di ricotta o pezzi di rosticceria con sostituti vegetali) ma a quanto capisco non arrivano fino a tarda ora. Il rimprovero principale che mi sento di fare comunque è che le cose vegane non sono ben segnalate e spesso risultano indistinguibili da quelle non vegane.

Pazzesco! Sfincioni buonissimi ma la cosa che più ho amato è stato il cookie col gelo di mellone! Vorrei spendere due parole anche per la gentilezza e disponibilità della ragazza che ci ha aspettato anche se abbiamo avvisato che saremmo arrivati a orario di chiusura e che ci ha spiegato pazientemente cosa c'era in ogni pezzo! Hanno anche tantissime torte vegane, arancine, ravazzate e cannoli! Davvero un paradiso vegano!

On their door there’s a sticker “100% vegan” which is a bit misleading. When I asked, they claimed to offer around 85% vegan options, which is still pretty good. ;)

Staff is really friendly and helpful.

It’s not fully vegan but around 80% of it is. Savoury and sweet and good coffee. Visit hungry because you’ll want to try a few things!

Ebbene sì: caro Matteotti, tu ci hai coccolato, per questo non sarai dimenticato! Ci siamo recati appositamente presso questo locale prendendo un autobus dal centro storico di Palermo, e ne è valsa la pena. Il bar offre una buona scelta di prodotti vegani. Si tratta di rosticceria, come pizze, sfincioni, brioche salate ripiene in vari gusti, e di pasticceria, come trecce e brioche da riempire con crema di nocciole, marmellata o la goduriosa crema di pistacchio.

Super friendly, all pastries made with olive oil so vegan and can add vegan custard or Nutella to cornetto. Lovely spot to sit and have pastries and a coffee. We went for breakfast and made our day!!
