Cool and interesting place - Edit
I had a really nice dinner here. The environment is calm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly throughout. I even got to speak briefly with the head chef — he doesn’t speak much English, but with a bit of Google Translate, we managed! The menu is definitely interesting and different, with a creative twist on plant-based cooking.
Read moreI was especially grateful they had tofu — I’ve been missing it for ages, so I ordered two tofu dishes! The first course I tried was a spaghetti made with durum wheat, raisins, and miso paste — a really unusual combo, but it worked.
The highlight for me though — and what I’d recommend to anyone — was the tofu main dish. Absolutely delicious. Definitely go for that one if it’s available.
I’d personally skip the dessert I had, the Sicilian Oranges and Lemons. It was a bit too rich and felt like it had been refrigerated too long — not quite as fresh or light as I’d hoped.
On the drinks side, I’d also recommend supporting MoleCola — it’s an Italian cola brand and pairs surprisingly well with the meal.
All in all, a solid spot with a thoughtful menu. Would happily come back.

They have different kind of combination in the menu. The plates are original but kind tasteless for the price. I would expect something better. I tried way better pastas and cheaper places. But if you want an experience and try something different, you may enjoy hear. But it's overpriced. It is, at least, 30 euro per person

Quite a few different vegan meals to choose from and they were open at 6:00, an hour earlier than most restaurants! Good food, great service and nice atmosphere.

If you are looking for a real vegan lunch or dinner do not miss this place. One of my favorite in Palermo. Many vegan pizzas, pasta, second course and dessert. A place where you feel comfortable. The chef “Nello” is super friendly. You can recognize him from the green beard😄

Vegan heaven in Palermo - Edit
They not only have vegan options, but basically half the menu is plant-based. The staff is super friendly and attentive, being able to tell you all about the ingredients of each dish. Cake heaven, too! Go check it out!

Great vegan selection - Edit
Food was great, we stopped by for a quick aperitivo. I was genuinely impressed by the amount of vegan options and it almost saddens me that they still cater to meat eaters offering meat and fish. It could really be a great vegan/vegetarian spot.

Very good (vegan) food. You can choose from the menu or the buffet. We chose the buffet. There were a lot of (vegan) options and the staff was very friendly and helpfull. They let you know what is vegan and what not (most is vegan) and recommend wine by the food you choose.
Read moreTwo days later we went again to try a dish fr the menu. I chose pumpkin ravioli which was amazing. My bf had a vegetarian pizza. I trier the dough and it was delicious. The staf recognized us and was again very friendly.

The place is very nice and the food is very tasty! They have lots of vegan choice (besides vegetarian and omnivore). I literally loved it and came here three times during my week in Palermo. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to eat some very good vegan version of Sicilian traditional food - and many other delicious dishes.

Delicious food and kind stuff - Edit
The staff is super nice and patient. They are ready to describe all the food exposed on the bench. The vegan moussaka with soy sausages is AMAZING! All desserts are vegan and delicious. I am from Palermo but I live abroad. Every time I come back home for vacation I cannot miss to go there and bring family and friends. People get curious about vegan options (a lot of variety) and are not afraid to go to a totally vegan restaurant.
