Matcha Everything - Edit
Came here as my first stop in Uji, close to the train station.
Read moreI think I went through the wrong entrance, through another shop, but there was a sign in there to the Matcha Roasters.
I ordered the medium roast matcha latte, per the recommendation. Soy milk is extra 100 yen, I believe. This did taste in between matcha and a light hojicha.
I also ordered the matcha yokan, which was very green. I wish it tasted a bit more matcha-y, though. I also got the matcha muffin, which I don’t believe is vegan, and at first I thought it was too mild, but as I kept eating, I could taste the matcha.
I would recommend.
