Rare to find South American vegan cuisine. - Edit
This is a relatively small restaurant with trendy interior and loud music with an energetic feel. It definitely feels like a restaurant but it isn’t a place for a quiet family meal.

They have a set menu and do a vegan version of it. Interesting flavours and innovative dishes.
The staff are very keen to accommodate vegans and to improve their offering. The pineapple gyoza dumpling wasn’t for me but I am sure others (who actually enjoy desserts) would love it. Apart from that, the menu was very good. My only one recommendation is to make the dishes slightly sharper/chillier, but that might not be what the Paris market likes.
Definitely go here. It’s well worth a visit.
2023 update: I returned to this place during a visit to Paris in early March. The menu has been updated. It continued to wow. I went with a few non-vegan diners and the staff effortlessly accommodated us all.

Quite expensive but delicious - Edit
Had the vegan gyoza followed by the tom yum. Both tasted great, really refined. Also tasted some of the vegan bao burgers which were without a doubt the best I’ve had in Paris so far! The whole menu is honestly quite pricey (9-18 euros for cocktails, 11 onwards for starters and 22ish for mains), but worth it for a nice night out. There’s some cool details to the interior design too.
